Service Description

Allow 1-3 Days for construction of pattern, sample and finalization, as well as 1-7 days for construction of final gown. Leave yourself plenty of time for delivery or collection/drop off before any deadline for wearing your custom ordered outfit, including delivery time for specialty/online fabrics. Costs will vary, and will be agreed upon in the initial consultation. A very simple design, for example a t-shirt, can be made in one hour, and a more complex or wearable art design may cost around $300 or more, depending on the work involved and types of fabrics used. No work will go ahead until a final construction cost can be agreed on by everyone. A production diary will be completed tracking progress, hours and cost with each client. This stage covers garment construction in the selected fabrics, and bringing idealized design features to reality. We can organise garment deliveries and organize postal sample fittings if a client is too far away to make any meetings. Garment will not be delivered or available for pick up until final payment is complete. KODA in Crimson is not liable for refunds based on a clients change of mind, or if given measurements change drastically during construction. For a damage/faulty refund claim, find the contact section on the main page and include pictures of the problem. Not guaranteed a refund as KODA in Crimson is not liable for your own wear and tear once you have purchased an item, but will give a discount or full refund to anyone who was unable to wear their items based on a design flaw or damage caused prior to postage or pick up.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact as soon as possible for cancellation if you wish to have your deposit refunded. There are a number of contact points on the website. If there is no contact and you don't show for the booking, or cancel after the 24hrs prior policy, the deposit will not be returned. A re-booking will then be possible though may not be accepted. A second appointment will need to be made through the site, including a second deposit. Rescheduling is not a problem, or changing location for meetings, again no later than 24hrs before appointment time policy.
