Service Description

Need the perfect outfit for a special occasion? Hand made and personally fitted outfits have to start somewhere. Book an appointment to discuss in person the inspiration and purpose of you're look. Developing the design together to determine fabric selection, styling and sizing. Meeting can be in person, at my business address, your own home, or a meeting point may be arranged. Alternatively, the meeting could be undertaken online or through a voice/video chat; allowing the option for tailored fashion no matter your location. The $100 deposit confirms your interest in the initial consultation, covers costs to meet at locations, allows for instant purchases of materials and covers cost of patternmaking paper and sample fabric. All remaining deposit then rolls over into total cost of order. Measurements need to be taken at this meeting, so if you are unable to meet in person access to a measuring tape is ideal. Pack or wear tightly fitted clothing to produce the most accurate measurements. Payment plans for the garment will be set up at the initial meeting as garments wont be received until completely paid. No after payment plans are accepted. Upfront payments are accepted online and in cash. Cancellation of custom order prior to beginning consrtuction is accepted with a full refund. Any cancellations after construction has begun will be refunded not including the cost of materials and payment of work hours up to cancellation. Allow up to 2 hours for meetings to cover all aspects of design and fit. Initial consultation will run as long as necessary with no added cost to the deposit. Allow 1-3 Days for construction of pattern, sample and finalization, as well as 1-7 days for construction of final gown. Leave yourself plenty of time for delivery or collection/drop off before any deadline for wearing your custom ordered outfit, including delivery time for specialty/online fabrics. Long distance clients need to also allow time for sample fittings with postal deliveries back and forth, and delivery time of final garment. Refunds for missing a deadline is not accepted unless directly caused by KODA in Crimson.


Cancellation Policy

Please contact as soon as possible for cancellation if you wish to have your deposit refunded. There are a number of contact points on the website. If there is no contact and you don't show for the booking, or cancel after the 24hrs prior policy, the deposit will not be returned. A re-booking will then be possible though may not be accepted. A second appointment will need to be made through the site, including a second deposit. Rescheduling is not a problem, or changing location for meetings, again no later than 24hrs before appointment time policy.
