Fits a very small size - 6/8. 
Built in underwear to skirt, separate but attached bodice. 
Tutu clips up at centre back, from bodice top through to knicker back.. 
Elasticated sleeves are separate, included. 
 
Beautiful soft tulle, Romantic style Tutu. 
7 layer white skirt, broken into white under layers, hand dyed red and hand dyed black tulle as the top layer of the skirt. Eash of the 7 layers has had washable gold paint added to the hemline.
Brocade bodice and sleeves have also been hand dyed to match the skirt.
